What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll engage directly with our customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction. We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for talented individuals who can think critically, engage with our customers, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide an exceptional experience
- Adhere to high safety and regulatory standards in all interactions with customers
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of the pet pharmacy industry or a related field
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
