About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (bilingual: French/English), you will join our organically diverse team of 70+ countries, where every member contributes to and supports each other's success and well-being. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with clients via incoming/outgoing calls and/or the internet, providing top-notch customer support, and resolving common issues and queries related to our clients' products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Track, document, and retrieve information from databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Offer additional products and services to customers
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion. The following qualifications are required:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (may be provided by blithequark, depending on the role)
  • High-speed internet connection (no wireless/satellite connections) and a smartphone
