About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our Element Driver Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our customers and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and drivers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries related to first-level Web Support, Fuel Card, Vehicle Ordering, Title & Registration/Licensing, Toll Management, Insurance Cards, and Remarketing.
  • Handle calls efficiently, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues and striving for first call resolution.
  • Exhibit empathy and understanding during interactions to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Assess customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, working effectively in a team environment and providing back-up support for administrative tasks as needed.
  • Regularly attend work during scheduled shifts and participate in training, meetings, and events as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year of customer service work experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to consider and incorporate perspectives from others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A quiet, dedicated work area, access to a high-speed internet connection, and the ability to keep company-sensitive documents secure.
