As a Senior Data Product Manager I, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's redefining the way we think about addressable and cross-media advertising. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Product Manager I, you'll play a critical role in our team's efforts to rethink addressable and cross-media advertising. This is a unique opportunity to combine your product management and data analysis skills to drive business value and inform product development. You'll work closely with our technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain the data strategy and roadmap for the Disney Promoting Deals CRM application and communication platforms * Analyze, record, and organize stage data into product requirements and key product insights that drive targeted business value * Collaborate with cross-functional product teams as a Data Product Manager to bring value-added data insights * Assist in promotion stage data analysis, planning, and loading systems with our MDM colleagues and promotion stage product colleagues * Prepare presentation materials that form continuous product system and expectations for business and technical group communication * Work with peer Data Product Managers, Design, Designing, QA, and Program Management to identify, assess, and execute critical technical solutions * Provide product insights to ensure a consistent experience of client controls, data definitions, and business rationale * Assess and recommend product advancements and upgrades that drive business value and improve return on investment through data understanding * Assist in client acceptance testing and implementing product release systems with end-users, technology leads, and individual Product Managers **Essential Capabilities** * A minimum of 4 years of experience in a product management role in an data product development environment or related work experience * Strong technical skills in data handling with advanced Excel recipes * Proficiency in SQL and Python * Ability to develop key objectives and translate requirements into technical solutions * Effective communication skills to discuss complex data with internal contacts at various organizational levels * Client-driven mindset with a passion for handling issues creatively * Demonstrated understanding of product development lifecycle including system architecture, design, and execution * Experience in JIRA agile project management * Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset * Strong analytical skills **Preferred Capabilities** * Past experience working with Salesforce or related CRM products * Interest or experience with emerging technologies like Gen and Predictive AI **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $30/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the private sector * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data-driven innovation, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join blithequark as a Senior Data Product Manager I.
