**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Growth Data Engineering, to lead a team of skilled engineers in building and maintaining our data infrastructure, developing data products, and driving business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Growth Data Engineering team, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading a high-performing team of data engineers and scientists to design, develop, and deploy data products and solutions that drive business growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including product, marketing, and customer acquisition teams, to develop and implement data-driven strategies
* Developing and maintaining our data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
* Designing and implementing data products and solutions that meet business needs, including data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting
* Developing and maintaining data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
* Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and security, and implementing data governance and compliance policies
* Collaborating with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and technical specifications
**Responsibilities**
* Lead a high-performing team of data engineers and scientists to design, develop, and deploy data products and solutions that drive business growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies
* Develop and maintain our data infrastructure, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance

* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security, and implement data governance and compliance policies
* Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven insights and recommendations
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and technical specifications
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend new approaches and solutions to the team and leadership
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
* Proven experience leading high-performing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
* Strong technical skills in data engineering, data science, and data governance
* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
* Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and reporting
* Experience with data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
* Strong technical documentation skills, with ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, data models, and technical specifications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or related field
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
* Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
* Experience with data governance and compliance, including GDPR, HIPAA, or CCPA
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
