Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, communications, or business)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
