Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need, whenever they need it.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems and capable of typing 25 wpm, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
  • At least 18 years of age, with predictable and reliable attendance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, software, and tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms.
