  • Utilizing strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
  • Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about all blithequark application programs to provide exceptional applicant support.
  • Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting innovative solutions to improve processes.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
  • Technical savviness, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, adapting to our fast-paced environment.
  • A strong ability to work well with people from varied cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds, promoting diversity and inclusion.
