Job Overview

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of customer service, call center, or retail experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools

To perform this role, you will need to have access to the following equipment:

  • A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
  • Smartphone
