Job Overview

As a Senior Logistics Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our Last Mile bundle determining and carrier scope organization. Your primary objective will be to align carrier package capacity with advanced transportation to-home interest plans, driving operational excellence through accurate package volume projections. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to utilize data to inform decisions, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with functional teams, network planning and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Last Mile bundle determining and carrier scope organization to drive operational excellence
• Align carrier package capacity with advanced transportation to-home interest plans
• Develop and maintain accurate package volume projections down to the most minimal degree of granularity
• Collaborate with functional teams, network planning and S&OP teams, carrier partners, and other HQ and field groups
• Utilize data to inform decisions and drive business outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have:

• 2+ years of data analysis experience or significant equivalent experience in a related field
• Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software in a large-scale, complex business environment
• Experience working with Big Data technologies like Hadoop and Hive
