Job Overview

In this remote, full-time position, you'll be the voice of blithequark, working to build relationships with clients who reach out to us via inbound calls, chats, and emails. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving post-order issues, and providing personalized support to our clients. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, as you'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two interactions are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compassionately assist clients with navigating various post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications
  • Handle a high volume of contacts, with an expected 50-60 calls per shift, in a quick and highly organized environment
  • Meet our elite performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction, succeeding in gathering client support proficiency metrics, and completing other duties as assigned
  • Professionally engage clients, building relationships and providing personalized support to address their concerns and needs
  • Listen effectively and show empathy, actively working to understand client concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the best solution
  • De-escalate client concerns, using your peace-promoting skills to balance the needs of the client with the options available from the business, all while remaining calm and composed
  • Issue resolution, thinking critically to solve client problems in a first-contact resolution approach, without relying on pre-populated scripts
  • Be educated and adaptable, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and accurately answer questions, with a strong foundation in computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
  • Elevate foundational issues, identifying areas where improvement is needed for blithequark clients and sharing patterns with leadership to drive continuous growth and development

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend both languages. Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems or similar is also required. Our comprehensive training program is 100% required, and you'll need to be available to attend all sessions without exception.
