Call Center Agent – Customer Support (Remote, 1099 Seasonal)

What You'll Do:
• Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Handle live chats and customer emails with accuracy and care
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and clear communication
• Document interactions accurately and update customer profiles
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals and KPIs
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setting
• Experience with Zendesk (or similar CRMs) is a plus
Technical Requirements (Must-Have):
• A desktop or laptop with minimum 8GB RAM
• Hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi; Ethernet required)
• Internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• A working webcam and willingness to be on camera during work hours
• Two monitors (a laptop screen + one additional monitor is acceptable)
• USB wired headset
• Attendance is required for training date 12/1/2025 -12/12/2025.
• After the initial interview ALL Candidates must complete the assessment from Test Gorilla to be considered for hire for the program.
