Onward Search is partnering with a leading global healthcare and research organization to find a Principal Data Science Analyst who’s ready to drive innovation through AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex healthcare datasets, develop AI-driven solutions, and deliver insights that directly improve patient outcomes. You’ll be instrumental in shaping next-generation data strategies and mentoring technical teams across a world-class research environment. This is a 12-month remote contract opportunity with competitive pay and long-term potential. ✨ What You’ll Do: • Design and implement advanced machine learning and predictive models. • Analyze large-scale, structured and unstructured data to uncover insights. • Collaborate with data engineers, researchers, and clinicians to deploy AI tools. • Present findings and guide strategic decision-making. • Lead or mentor data science professionals in project execution. What We’re Looking For: • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred). • 5+ years of professional or research experience in data science. • Strong background in AI, deep learning, and statistical modeling. • Proven success working with large healthcare datasets and predictive analytics. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
