About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team on a night shift schedule (Sunday to Thursday, 4 PM to 12 AM). As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers, responding to a variety of inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, cases, and live chat, in a timely and effective manner
  • Navigate multiple internal software applications to clarify customer needs, identify root causes of issues, and resolve outstanding inquiries
  • Identify and report trends that lead to improvements in our products, services, processes, and websites
  • Achieve established quality, availability, and productivity objectives to ensure overall success
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing personal development and share acquired knowledge with colleagues through mentoring opportunities

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an education technology or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a night shift or evening schedule
  • Knowledge of education technology products and services, including digital platforms and software applications
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
