As a Bilingual English and Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
• Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback on call issues to help us continuously improve our services
• Upselling products or services when required to meet customer needs and expectations

• Be bilingual, fluently speaking both English and Spanish
• Have the ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
• Be over 18 years of age
• Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
• Be a high school graduate or have a GED
• Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have proven oral and written communication skills
• Have logical problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems
• Have organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
