Sales Executive – eCommerce (Full-Time, Remote)

We rebuild and optimize email systems that consistently generate 30–40% of total store revenue for our clients. We’re hiring a Sales Executive who’s ready to connect with eCommerce founders, manage the full sales cycle, and help us scale to the next level. What You’ll Do • Engage eCommerce founders via LinkedIn, Loom videos, and email outreach. • Qualify stores based on size, Klaviyo setup, and readiness to scale. • Present HiFiCopy’s free trial offers and convert qualified prospects into retainers. • Manage your pipeline in our CRM and report progress regularly. • Collaborate with company leadership to refine outreach strategies and sales processes. What You Bring • 1–3 years of experience in sales (agency, SaaS, or service-based preferred). • Understanding of eCommerce or Shopify brands. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Goal-oriented and comfortable working independently. • Available during U.S. business hours for calls and follow-ups. • Familiar with modern sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Loom, etc.). Compensation & Growth • Pay structure: results-driven with earnings tied to clients closed and retained. • On-Target Earnings (OTE): • Consistent performers: $60,000–$75,000 annually • Top performers: $120,000+ annually • Base pay structure available after initial training and performance review. • Clear growth path toward Head of Growth or Sales Director roles.
