[Remote] Account Manager Retail – Beauty Industry

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Business Coordinator II to support the Director of Commerce at a leading global beauty brand. This 3-month contract role focuses on managing retailer operations, driving sales performance, and supporting digital and logistical initiatives for top retail accounts. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations with key retail partners, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Track and analyze net/retail sales performance, returns, and markdowns. • Support logistics by monitoring purchase orders, shipping, and coordinating with Customer Service and Credit for on-time delivery. • Assist in creating and managing digital content (images/copy) to support online retailer presence. • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve business challenges quickly and efficiently. Skills • 4+ years of experience in account management, sales support, or retail operations – beauty or consumer goods background strongly preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, tracking, reporting). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work effectively across departments. • Background in e-commerce, retail account coordination, or sales operations.
