Job Description:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable YouTube video editor to join our content team ASAP. The ideal candidate has experience editing long-form YouTube videos (10–60 minutes), understands pacing, storytelling, and audience retention, and can deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into engaging long-form YouTube videos
Add transitions, text overlays, sound effects, and background music
Cut unnecessary parts and enhance pacing for viewer retention
Sync audio and video, color correct, and apply basic motion graphics
Collaborate on creative direction and thumbnail ideas
✅ Requirements:
Proven experience with long-form YouTube content
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of YouTube trends and editing styles
Ability to meet quick turnaround times (24–48 hours per video)
Excellent communication and responsiveness

Thumbnail design
YouTube SEO knowledge
Experience with podcast-style or interview-based formats
