Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success in the US market. Oversee and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Maintain a deep understanding of the US market and consumer trends to inform business decisions. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services in the US market. Ensure all operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with team members, senior leadership, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive results. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform business strategies. Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting for the US market. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Represent Apple in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences. Continuously seek opportunities for growth and improvement for the business and the team. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and passion for Apple products to effectively promote the brand.
