Receiver/Stocker – Amazon Store

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Receiver/Stocker. As a Receiver/Stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is stocked and organized for our valued customers. Join our dynamic team and be a part of our commitment to helping customers make their homes better. Receive and stock incoming merchandise in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and communicating with management about restocking needs. Organize and maintain the stockroom and sales floor to ensure a clean and organized shopping experience for customers. Assist customers in locating and selecting products, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to unload and sort incoming shipments. Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize merchandise. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Keep track of damaged or defective products and report them to management. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure efficient store operations. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store layout to assist customers in finding products. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to ensure efficient stockroom and store operations. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and team members. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
