**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Ramp Agent – Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
* Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
* Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
**Work Environment and Schedule:**
As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. You'll also be expected to work in harsh weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow.

**What You Need to Succeed:**
To be successful as a Ramp Agent – Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
* Possess a valid driver's license
* Proficiency in English
* Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
* Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
* Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
