**About the Role**
As a Remote Data Entry Manager – Cybersecurity Questionnaire Specialist and Data Operations Expert, you will be responsible for completing cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales, monitoring incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA), prioritizing incoming requests with internal business leaders, extracting information from the archive of past questionnaires, coordinating final review with internal subject matter experts, and recording progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA). You will also be expected to complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management, maintain all required corporate training up to date, and demonstrate ownership and integrity of work.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
* Complete cybersecurity questionnaires in support of sales
* Monitor incoming cybersecurity requests in a dedicated issue tracking tool (JIRA)
* Prioritize incoming requests with internal business leaders
* Extract information from the archive of past questionnaires
* Coordinate final review with internal subject matter experts
* Record progress in issue tracking tool (JIRA)
* Complete additional data entry tasks as requested by management
* Maintain all required corporate training up to date
* Demonstrate ownership and integrity of work
**General Responsibilities**
* Solicit input from subject matter experts as needed to answer questions
* Complete data entry tasks accurately and with exceptional attention to detail
* Learn necessary procedures, policies, processes, systems, and technology

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Technical skills:
+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
+ Proficient with remote work tools, including MS Teams and MS Outlook
+ Experience with JIRA issue tracking software
* Preferred skills / engineering tools:
+ Cybersecurity experience
* Certifications:
