**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and courteous manner, upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Assist customers with prescription status, billing questions, insurance verification, order tracking, and account-related issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
* Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate departments to ensure seamless resolution.
* Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all interactions are properly recorded.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and ensure that customers receive the best possible support.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline support processes and enhance the customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive positive outcomes.
* Meet performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction, consistently delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or higher is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Proficient in navigating multiple systems and using customer support software, with experience working in a similar environment.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
* A calm and empathetic approach to handling difficult or emotional customer interactions, with a strong ability to remain composed under pressure.

**Working Hours:**
