**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and other correspondence, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Work Environment**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a shared office environment with moderate noise levels.
