We knit teams together remotely, across time zones and backgrounds, to deliver high quality work through every phase of the content development and production process. Copy editors may be assigned to: • Review content against established editorial style guidelines • Review and correct grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and other copy errors • Review content and query for clarity, consistency, and voice • Cross-check internal and external references • Conduct simple hyperlink checks • Review for design and template errors • Review content against simple accessibility requirements • Conduct discipline-specific or other speciality copyediting or reviews Candidates should have professional experience editing educational content, especially K-8. Exceptional candidates may also have training or certification in editing, teaching, or a related field.
