**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide support
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed solutions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
* 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
* Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus! Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to maintain an optimistic attitude in challenging situations
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
