**Experienced Full Stack Customer Care Representative – Automotive & Call Center Expertise**

As a key member of our customer care team, you will provide accurate product information, warranty, and pricing support, while also conducting inbound and outbound calling to drive sales and meet organizational objectives.

**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our non-franchisee customers, while also driving sales and meeting organizational objectives. Your primary duties will include:
* Answering calls and assisting with questions from web customers, students, instructors, District and Regional Managers, national accounts, government, and franchise distributors
* Assisting customers with automotive tool selection, toolbox selection, troubleshooting, pricing, availability, and technical specifications
* Providing technical support concerning information and specifications for products provided in our Matco Tools catalog and catalogs of our other suppliers
* Performing inbound and outbound suggestive selling of Matco product line through programs such as deep discounts, close-out items, and volume buy in conjunction with meeting individual and department sales goal initiatives
* Inputting orders/purchase orders/quotations utilizing internal ordering software systems
* Working cross-functionally with subject matter experts to resolve open questions
* Assisting customers with warranty, returns, repairs, identification of parts, and new defective products
* Identifying distributors in specific areas and assisting completely if none are assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Must be able to work Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm EST
* Automotive experience and/or tool experience required; on-the-job experience in working with general automotive mechanics strongly preferred
* ASE certification or related trade school degree a plus
* 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent experience in dealing with customers
* Suggestive sales experience

* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Strong knowledge of automotive tools and equipment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers

* Ability to interpret customer issues coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and translate issues into resolution while maintaining a positive attitude

* Ability to answer calls as a primary function of the position
* Ability to perform suggestive sales
