Job Overview and Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer care and data entry services, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accumulating and organizing artwork, including character models, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, labeling, categorizing, and creating final model packs for cargo.
  • Organizing asset files, uploading models to perception, prepping documents for background painters and color designers, and maintaining standardized formats, including naming conventions.
  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of design lists as needed, taking notes at assigned meetings, and communicating with vendors, animation teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Providing critical materials for artists, including reference materials, and ensuring high-quality control for line art in digital artwork.
  • Collaborating with production managers, supervisors, and other team members to resolve issues, address delays, and improve workflows.
  • Maintaining a helpful attitude, demonstrating eagerness and curiosity, and participating in morale events and team-building activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and social skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Proficiency in Mac or PC, with experience in Final Draft 9.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, ToonBoom Storyboard Pro, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers, artists, and production teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer care, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services, as well as the private industry and its trends and challenges.
