As a Customer Data Platform Leader, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), driving technical innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge to make a meaningful impact on our organization. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Data Platform Leader at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless data integration and customer profiling. * Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. * Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on segment-building and RT-CDP platform best practices, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. * Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. * Collaborating with IT and other agencies to align on technical requirements and implementations, driving strategic partnerships and business growth. * Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. * Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform, driving business outcomes and ROI. * Leading training sessions to upskill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. * Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product improvements and workarounds, driving platform enhancements and innovation. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of experience in technical data management and marketing solution experience, with a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent. * Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues, and excellent analytical skills. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a strong customer-centric approach. * A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, with a strong commitment to safety, security, and data governance. * The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications** To give you a competitive edge, we prefer candidates with: * An advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical and business principles. * Experience with Customer Data systems, such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar systems like Salesforce C360 or Segment, and a deep understanding of data governance and data management best practices. * A proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex business-grade systems, with a strong focus on customer journey optimization. * Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital commercial enterprise environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization, and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping you achieve your long-term career goals.
