Senior Analyst - Informatics

Develop and maintain databases and data models to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. Utilize advanced statistical and analytical methods to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets. Communicate complex information and findings to stakeholders at all levels in a clear and concise manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in informatics to continuously improve processes and drive innovation. Lead and participate in projects related to data management, reporting, and analytics. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts in the team. Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency in data processes. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions. Participate in strategic planning and provide recommendations based on data insights.
