About the Role
As a Customer Benefits Representative & Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in assisting clients in securing their benefits. Your strong communication skills and self-motivated team player attitude will enable you to thrive in both independent and group settings. You'll be coachable, ready to learn and adapt to new strategies, and have access to a Microsoft-based computer capable of running Zoom Workplace & a reliable internet connection for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in securing their benefits through effective communication and problem-solving
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes
* Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* No prior experience or degree required – just the ambition and commitment to grow
* Strong communication skills to effectively assist clients in securing their benefits
