**The Role**
As an Experienced Returns Data Entry Specialist – B Shift, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Returns Department leadership team in the performance of a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Your primary functions will include:
* Coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required
* Maintaining excellent service standards to other departments within the organization
* Interfacing with internal leadership, including department supervisors and leads
* Ensuring emails are responded to daily regarding customer inquiries
* Entering data as needed by the Returns Department and/or the Customer Service Department
**Who You Are**
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. If you have:
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to understand multiple systems, including WMS systems
* High Jump ability to communicate in English/Spanish
* Basic Excel skills and basic computer skills/understanding
* Research skills (missing customer information, going through reports)
* Experience in a warehouse environment or R/F scanner background
* Data entry experience
