**Your Role as a Customer Support Representative**
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our French-speaking customers via calls, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Main Tasks
- Provide support in French and English through voice and chat, ensuring that each customer receives a personalized and helpful experience.
- Help troubleshoot customer issues quickly and kindly, using your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Personalize each interaction to make customers feel valued, heard, and understood.

Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of remote/online customer service or call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
- Experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar is a bonus, but not essential.
- Calm under pressure and focused on solutions, with a passion for helping others.
