It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.<br><br>We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.<br><br>We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.<br><br><strong>Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience:<br><br><ul><li> Support internal employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN</li><li> Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta</li><li> SaaS experience strongly preferred<br><br></li></ul>This role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs.<br><br>We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position.<br><br>For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus!<br><br></strong>Also - we're big on promoting people from within.<br><br>We have several employees that have started their career in similar positions and have been promoted into other positions.<br><br>If you have this experience, please apply immediately.
