Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and we're looking for a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers, service partners, and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be responsible for validating and scheduling daily customer bookings, handling general customer queries via email and live chat, and providing pricing and delivery information on request.
