**The Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email to help resolve their queries. You'll receive industry-leading training to allow you to get to grips with our systems, processes, and customer-first ethos. Once you've completed your initial training onsite, you'll have the option to work from our Newbury office a minimum of 2 days a week.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handling inbound calls from our customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Supporting customers with their vehicle quote or order queries
* Liaising with specialist teams within blithequark, where needed, in order to help resolve the customers' query

* The ability to listen, empathise, and build rapport and understanding with customers
* Strong computer literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems
