**Experienced Customer Delivery Driver – Ipswich Extra**

**The Role**
As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering our customers' shopping trips with a smile. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your friendly and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their shopping experience. You will work independently, but as part of a close-knit team, to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service
* Load and unload vans, ensuring that they are clean and tidy at all times
* Interact with customers, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise
* Work independently, but as part of a team, to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
* A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
* A warm and welcoming demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently, but as part of a team, to achieve common goals
* Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Basic computer skills and ability to use technology to complete tasks
