Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on the communities we serve. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent levels of service to blithequark's UK merchants, responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone and cases, and resolving problems to the point of satisfaction. You will work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home. Your shifts will vary between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to blithequark's UK merchants, responding to customer inquiries and issues via phone and cases * Resolve customer problems to the point of satisfaction, offering unique solutions and celebrating their value to us * Manage a workflow in line with departmental and individual goals, adhering to departmental quality standards * Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of day-to-day workloads and tasks * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide internal support and resolve customer issues * Maintain accurate records and reports, using computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting **Essential Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, either face-to-face or over the phone * Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with merchants * Computer literate to an intermediate level, with experience using computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting * Organized, diligent, and attentive listener with excellent communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of day-to-day workloads and tasks * Outstanding multi-tasking skills, with a flexible approach to daily tasks * Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues * Knowledge of blithequark's products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments * Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication * Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a flexible approach to work arrangements and schedules **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to customer issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of day-to-day workloads and tasks * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, using computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
