We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chat Operations Officer to assist us in leading and developing the chat operations team for our Astrology chat platform. **Responsibilities**
As a Chat Operations Officer at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Serving thousands of daily messages and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Supervising the recruiting, hiring, and managing of a remote/office team (TBD)
* Developing conversation scripts and implementing them through the chat-bots
* Providing guidance and support to the chat operators
* Managing our live chat platform, including assisting in recruiting, hiring, and managing a remote team
* Developing and implementing continuous customer experience and service across the board
* Building and matching supply and demand with a live, 24/7 business
**Skillset Required**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in expanding and growing a team in digital operations on a global scale
* Experience in consumer-facing customer experience and service role is essential
* A good understanding of astrology is an advantage, along with a keen interest in the products and services in the world of astrology (if you feel like a good fit, don't worry about the knowledge as we could provide you with the training)
