About the Role

We're on the hunt for talented and caring individuals to join our team as Residential Customer Experience Specialists. As a Residential Customer Experience Specialist I at blithequark, you'll be the face and voice of our company, providing exceptional support and solutions to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming orders for new installations, including provisioning services, scheduling with customers, and completing billing for services rendered.
  • Complete change of service requests, open service orders, and make changes to accounts as needed.
  • Receive and initiate calls from current customers who are reporting trouble issues, open trouble tickets, and resolve service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to calls and written inquiries from potential or existing customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is positive, helpful, and memorable.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as at least 1 year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment. You should be a well-spoken communicator who can confidently provide solutions via phone, email, or live chat, and a problem solver who can see things from the customer's perspective and help them feel assured and supported.
