As a Norwegian Speaking Game Chat Moderator at blithequark, you will be responsible for monitoring chat interactions, encouraging respectful communication, and enforcing community standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety measures, taking prompt action to address any violations or concerns.
  • Actively engage with players to cultivate a respectful and inclusive community atmosphere, responding to inquiries, and providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Quickly identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues to senior moderators or other teams when necessary, and maintaining detailed records of moderation actions.
  • Assist players with inquiries related to chat moderation policies, providing clear and concise explanations, and ensuring that all players understand the community standards and expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and report significant incidents effectively, using data and insights to inform community management decisions and improve player experience.

Essential Qualifications
