About the Job

As a Customer Care Agent – German Speaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' customers receive a seamless and supportive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, addressing their concerns, and providing timely and professional solutions. You will also collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction, analyze customer service trends, and support the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via email and live chat in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with payments, order processing, and general questions related to their dermatological treatments.
