Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of our solutions, resolving customer issues, and acting as a bridge between our clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Takes ownership of Tier 1-4 customer issues and follows problems through to resolution, keeping clients informed of progress and outcomes.
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and concerns.
- Communicates customer issues and requests to internal teams, aligning and escalating appropriately to ensure prompt resolution.
- Updates internal databases with approved customer changes and maintains accurate records.
- Utilizes all required customer success tools, including call center software, CRM, and internal communication tools, to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Correctly diagnoses and assesses customer issues, leveraging internal tools, supporting teams, and industry knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a call center or dispatch environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to act without having all the information, using sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly, with a strong technical aptitude and willingness to adapt to new technologies.
- Passionate about business results and quality, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics, and ownership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to grasp tactical details and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.

At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary range of $20.67 - $24 per hour, with a 3% bonus structure. Our hours of operation are 11am - 8pm EST, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
