We are currently seeking an experienced German Speaking Customer Care Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service to our customers.

About the Role

As a German Speaking Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate answers to customer questions, and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner. You will be working remotely or in a hybrid model in Greece, reporting to our Operations Manager, and will be an integral part of our customer care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance, resolve complaints, and answer questions in the best interest of our customers
  • Collect prompt and accurate customer feedback to help us improve our services
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer interactions
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and provide solutions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native or near-native German language skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy, with knowledge of MS Office tools and ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking, and communicative, with a strong customer-focused mindset

Essential Qualifications:

In addition to the above skills and qualifications, you will need to have:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in a customer care or service role, preferably in a BPO or similar industry
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Additional language skills, particularly in European languages
  • Experience with chat and email support platforms, and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
