Key Responsibilities

- Effectively manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing such matters to the appropriate person or department in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Handle receivables, payables, entry of information into the accounting system, and various spreadsheets, balancing month-end statements with precision and care.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
