Who we're looking for Fieldwire is seeking a proficient and resourceful Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic CRM systems team. The ideal candidate will know Salesforce Sales Cloud in and out, paired with solid business understanding for sales and go to market processes like lead and pipeline management, opportunity and contract management, as well as customer success management. They also come with hands-on experience in further sales, customer success and marketing tools like Marketo, Dialpad, or Groove. The Salesforce Admin will play a crucial role in designing, developing, enhancing and supporting Fieldwire's Salesforce system, enabling our sales and customer success teams to operate effectively and efficiently in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing A day in the life of the Salesforce Administrator will find you frequently solving these types of problems: • Optimizing effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation and usage to maximize Fieldwire sales team productivity • With an understanding of processes and priorities, developing solutions for Fieldwire's Go to Market teams from start to finish (from technical requirements to sales team training) • Providing timely and effective support to Salesforce users by troubleshooting issues, answering questions and delivering solutions with both a short and long-term strategy. The primary responsibilities for our next Salesforce Administrator will be to: • Function as the go-to person for SFDC requests and inquiries. • Drive sales and GTM (Go to Market) technology projects and systems initiatives, execute tasks, and problem solve at a detailed level. • Understand operational problems and shortcomings and develop strategies to address them by developing cost effective solutions. • Define the data strategy helping to structure sales data for future business needs and growth. • Gain and maintain a detailed understanding of the current sales processes and tools as well as the vision for the future. • As the subject matter expert, consult Fieldwire Leadership with consistent and clear communication based on your deep understanding of the sales technology stack. • Support users by quickly taking care of their issues and addressing root causes with improved or new functionality. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that will enhance the overall sales operations. • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate new technologies seamlessly. At Fieldwire, we're looking for our next Salesforce Administrator to have the following skills and experiences: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Computer Science. • 3+ years track record as a Salesforce administrator (Admin certification required). • Proficient in managing changes from Sandbox to Production through merge requests with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Visual Studio Code. • Ability to understand sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and drive execution to ensure business impact • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Strong ability to work independently, consistently showing self-motivation and the capability to complete tasks autonomously. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary, you will be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 20%. Why Fieldwire?
