[Remote] Growth Manager, Amazon

They are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to own and scale their Amazon channel, managing paid ads, optimizing listings, and ensuring Buy Box dominance while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
• Own full Amazon acquisition lifecycle: prospecting, branded campaigns, retargeting, and reviews
• Maintain 90%+ Buy Box ownership through proactive strategies
• Manage SKU strategy, catalog management, and new product launches
• Test emerging ad formats: Sponsored Brand Video, DSP, Posts, CTV
• Audit and optimize listings, manage Premium A+ content, and run CRO experiments
• Track ASIN health, monitor keyword ranking, and execute incrementality tests
• Align with Finance on forecasting and coordinate reseller/MAP enforcement
Skills
• Proven Amazon operator with experience managing $500K+ ad budgets or P&L responsibility
• Hands-on, high-ownership operator comfortable driving projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills with a bias for testing, optimization, and measurable results
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Creative, Ops, Finance)
• Experience in retail, DTC, or marketplace expansion
• Elite generalists or consulting backgrounds welcome
