Amazon Listing Optimization, Store Management Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
• Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings with relevant keywords, titles, bullet points, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.
• Develop and implement A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) for select listings.
• Maintain the backend of the Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring listings are up-to-date, pricing is correct, and product information is accurate.
• Track listing performance and report issues related to ranking, visibility, or product variations.
• Assist with the future setup and management of Amazon FBA operations, including product listings, shipping plans, and replenishment.
• Support integration or cross-listing efforts with Shopify, ensuring consistency between platforms.
• Maintain organized records of all listing changes, performance metrics, and content updates.
• Provide weekly progress reports summarizing optimization activities and performance insights.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (required).
• Proven experience in listing optimization, keyword research, and A+ content creation.
• Familiarity with women’s fashion or similar retail industries (strongly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar for keyword and listing analysis.
• Familiar with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms (a plus).
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience creating or coordinating infographics and visual content for e-commerce listings.
