Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist (Remote)

This position plays a key role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top technical talent to support critical programs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full life-cycle recruiting activities and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and timely staffing results.
• Conduct full life-cycle recruiting for a wide range of technical and professional roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job duties, required and desired skills, and create effective sourcing strategies
• Develop and execute creative sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for both active and hard-to-fill roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
• Guide candidates through the interview, selection, and offer processes
• Promote the company brand across professional networks and communities to attract high-caliber talent
• Influence and support long-term recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation of candidate activity, communications, and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system
Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, candidate qualification, networking, compliance, and compensation analysis
• Ability to recruit across multiple disciplines on a national, multi-location level
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and organized recruiting documentation in an applicant tracking system
Experience Required:
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting multiple disciplines such as Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Background in a Department of Defense or similar environment
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across multiple time zones
Pay Range: $41.00 - $46.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
