Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Channel Partnerships Sales Executive to drive growth through partnerships within the women’s health, fertility, and FemTech markets. This individual will focus on building and managing relationships with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Practice Management vendors, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and billing companies, and patient engagement or digital health technology providers that serve the women’s healthcare ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in partner development and indirect sales within healthcare technology. This role is centered on developing, managing, and growing channel partnerships that expand market reach, strengthen integration opportunities, and generate mutual revenue growth through co-selling and co-marketing initiatives.
Essential Functions:
• Identify, recruit, and develop new channel partnerships with organizations serving the women’s health, fertility, and FemTech markets—including EMRs, practice management platforms, RCM/billing providers, and patient engagement technology companies.
• Design and execute partnership strategies to drive new business opportunities through integration, referral, and reseller relationships.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and onboarding to enablement, performance measurement, and growth optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including sales, marketing, product, and client success—to align partner strategies with company goals and customer needs.
• Negotiate partnership structures and agreements that maximize revenue potential and ensure long-term collaboration.
• Lead joint go-to-market efforts, including campaigns, webinars, events, and co-selling opportunities that increase visibility and lead generation.
• Maintain deep awareness of market trends and evolving technology needs across women’s health, fertility, and digital health organizations.
• Represent the company at industry events and partner forums, strengthening brand awareness and expanding network reach within the FemTech ecosystem.
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
• Proven success in establishing and scaling partnerships with EMR, practice management, RCM, or healthcare technology companies.
• Strong understanding of the women’s health and fertility technology landscape, including interoperability, patient engagement, and practice operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic partnership plans that deliver measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote or field-based environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with CRM and partner management systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Existing relationships within the women’s health, fertility, or FemTech vendor ecosystem.
• Experience developing integration or co-marketing programs in healthcare SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, API-based integrations).
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management within healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle solutions.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
